Terms of use
These terms describe how this website currently works. They are a working draft for the live application, not a substitute for attorney review.
Two customer paths
Get a Quote and Order Direct are separate. A quote is not an order. Accepting an issued quote adds a locked total to the cart; it does not reuse the Order Direct pricing engine.
Estimates and quotes
Order Direct amounts shown in the browser are estimates calculated on the server. They can change after artwork review or when shipping is added.
Issued quotes use the total set by staff and may expire. The current expiry window is configured in the application (fourteen days from issue unless changed).
Accounts and checkout
You may submit a quote without an account. Checkout requires a verified account. You are responsible for the accuracy of shipping and billing addresses you enter.
Payment
Checkout can send you to PayPal for the server-calculated order total. P4 Patches does not collect or store card numbers or PayPal passwords. A local payment recorder exists only for development when explicitly enabled and must not be used as a customer payment method in production.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to use artwork you upload. We may refuse requests that appear unlawful, infringing, or impossible to manufacture from the files provided.
