Process

How it works

Custom patches start from your file, not from a warehouse SKU. The steps below match what this site actually does today.

  1. 01

    Submit artwork and specifications

    Use Get a Quote when you need a review, a custom price, or help choosing a material. Use Order Direct when the size, quantity, backing, and border already fit a standard configuration. Artwork is stored privately.

  2. 02

    Proof / confirmation

    Quote requests receive a private link by email. Staff can message on that thread, set a price, and issue the quote. Order Direct items sit in the cart at a server-calculated estimate until you check out. An issued quote can be accepted into the cart at its locked total.

  3. 03

    Production

    Paid orders move through production statuses in the admin inbox. Proofing happens on the order when staff mark it as required — this site does not invent a public proofing SLA.

  4. 04

    Shipping

    Checkout currently collects a US shipping address. Carrier rates are not calculated on the site. See shipping for what is and is not included in the total you see at checkout.
