Embroidered patches use thread stitched into a backing. The surface is raised, which reads well on uniforms, bags, and hats when the design can be built from solid color areas.
Often a fit when
- Logos and badges with a limited color count
- Designs that benefit from texture rather than photographic detail
- Apparel and gear that will be sewn or ironed on
Review before you order
- Very small lettering is harder to stitch cleanly than on woven or printed patches.
- Thread colors are matched during review; a photograph is not a thread chart.
