Artwork rights
Every quote and Order Direct upload asks you to confirm you have the right to use the artwork. That confirmation is stored on the request.
Your responsibility
Upload only files you own or are licensed to reproduce as a custom patch. Trademarks, sports properties, and third-party characters typically require permission from the rights holder.
How we use the files
Artwork is stored on a private disk so staff can review, quote, and produce the request. Files are not published as a public portfolio from this application.
We do not treat an upload as permission to display your work on a marketing gallery. Portfolio images will be added only when the client supplies approved samples.
Refused or replaced files
Staff may ask for a different file if the artwork is low resolution, incomplete, or appears to infringe someone else’s rights. Production does not start from a file we cannot legally or technically use.
