Custom printed and sublimated patches
Printed or sublimated patches apply ink or dye to a fabric face. They are the usual choice when the artwork is photographic, heavily graded, or has more colors than thread or molded PVC can carry.
Often a fit when
- Full-color logos and illustrations
- Soft-goods branding that should remain relatively thin
- Artwork that cannot be reduced to a small thread or PVC palette
Review before you order
- Durability depends on the face fabric, backing, and end use — those are confirmed after artwork review.
- Edge treatment (merrowed, heat cut, laser cut) changes the look of a print.
- If the file is low resolution, staff may request a replacement before pricing a quote.
